Just a note to congratulate you on the success of the weekend show.  It was an amazing turnout for such awful weather and everyone enjoyed the totally gluten free experience.  Feedback was excellent on the array of foods on display and the suppliers seemed equally pleased with the amount of sales.

Aria Farm exhibited at the first ever Gluten Free and Allergy Show in Auckland.
It was a fantastic show food manufacturers to demonstrate their allergy-free products as there was a large audience, very informed,  who were avidly interested in what was on offer, and wanting to buy.
People had come from all over New Zealand including Christchurch, Wellington and Palmerston North.

For a lot of them it was like Christmas, with so many gluten-free and other allergy-free products to try.

It was a great opportunity to taste, as some allergy-free products are expensive. The attendees came along intending to buy products, not only were there good show deals but they could discover products they wanted, and find out what to look for so they can now ask their local shops to stock foods that are suitable for them.

Aria Farm had record sales, running out of stock on both days; people just couldn’t get enough of what there was on offer.

Wow! The Auckland show was such a success! We were so pleased to be involved in this event.

We had a chance to speak to some of the visitors and many were heartened to meet others with the samehealth concerns. They had felt so alone. One person told me that eating out was a huge problem. She is often treated like a problemcustomer by busy restauranteurs because of her many questions about the menu. As she was talking to me, someoneelse interrupted her to talk about her own experiences and they started swopping information on restaurants in the Auckland area.

Sydney 2007

I just wanted to congratulate you on a great Expo.  We found the quality of visitors to our stand, was of a high quality, and we really loved the layout.  The wide aisles made for happy relaxed consumers as they did not feel they were missing things by visiting a stand.  When they turned around there was plenty of room to visit the opposite stall. All the consumers I quizzed about the amount of time they were actually walking around, was in excess of four hours, especially on Sunday. (Kim, Monster Muesli)

I sold out all of my stock within the first few hours of day one. We re-stocked our stand for the 2nd day we almost sold out again! After the show the orders have been of a larger nature both from consumers and wholesalers. My emails are all backed up and I now have increased my repeat client base.

Thanks for the exhibition on the weekend. Loved it. Learnt a fair bit which was my aim for the day but being able to sample food I can eat... WOW.
