Love Chocolate Cookies? Snowy Mountains makes them gluten free
Following the recent launch of new flavour, Love Chocolate Cookies, Snowy Mountains Cookies have now released a gluten free version of the cookie.
Nolen Oayda, owner of Snowy Mountains Cookies said, “Our new gluten free cookies have received great feedback from coeliac consumers who raved about the cookies being rich in flavour and without the crumbly, gritty texture many people have come to associate with gluten free cookies.
“These cookies, both the gluten free and original, are for people who love a treat and love chocolate. They have over 43% of quality couverture chocolate (a combination of white, milk a dark chocolate) plus a further 4.7% of cocoa.”
The Snowy Mountains Cookies are made in the highest bakehouse in Australia in Jindabyne, 1020 metres above sea level. Reflecting the natural environment and clean healthy air of Australia’s high country, Snowy Mountains Cookies are made without preservatives, artificial colours or flavours and are 100% Australian owned and made.
